Holiday Concert Friday, December 14, 2018 at 7 pm

The Lockport Chorale with the Lockport Community Band

at St. John The Baptist Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport

The Lockport Chorale will join with the Lockport Community Band in a Christmas Concert at St. John The Baptist Church, 168 Chestnut Street Lockport at 7:00 P.M.  The Chorale and The Lockport Community Band will perform a delightful selection of Christmas songs to brighten your holiday.  Come join in singing Christmas carols and the Haleluiah Chorus at the conclusion of the concert. 
Free admission.  A Free Will Offering is appreciated.



Nursing Home Concert:  Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at the Elderwood Wheatfield, 2600 Niagara Falls Blvd., Wheatfield, 6:30 pm.  The Lockport Chorale under the direction of Kristin Hill with accompanist Deborah Hutter will sing a shortened version of their Holiday Concert.  This is a free concert but seating is very limited.


Nursing Home Concert:  Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Elderwood Lockport (formerly Odd Fellows and Rebekah Health Care), 104 Old Niagara Road (Rt.78N). 6:30 pm.  This is a free concert but seating is limited.

Concert at Never Too Late to Start an Art: Day in the Park 10am to 3pm

Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Ida Fritz Park, Lockport, singing at 1:30pm

Come learn about all the many opportunities in Niagara County to learn a new art/skill that will brighten your life.  The Lockport Chorale, Lock City Glee Club, and other local groups will be performing and have information tables to tell you about their activities throughout the year.  This is a great opportunity to see the groups in action and meet the directors and participants.  Are you an aspiring artist looking for a class? A singer looking for a choir? A future prima ballerina looking to get started? Never too Late to Start an Art is a free event showcasing the art and culture of Niagara County. Come find out about improv comedy, African puppetry, ballet, children’s and adult theatre, community bands, choruses, art classes and more. You’ll see live performances throughout the day and find out how you can get involved. Niagara County is full of great art and culture and we want you to be a part of it.

The Lockport Chorale will perform a Spring Concert featuring a medley of songs from both the stage and screen.  The concert will take place at 7:00 P.M. at the Lockport High School, 250 Lincoln Avenue, Lockport NY, on Friday, June 1, 2018. Director Kristin Hill will conduct and Deborah Hutter is the accompanist. Also performing will be special guests -- the North Park Junior High School Select Chorus.  Tickets are available from any choir member or at the door. $10 general admission, $7 seniors and students. A basket raffle will be held to support the Lockport Chorale.  The raffle will begin at 6 pm with the winner announced during the concert.

Spring Patriotic Veterans Concert June 1, 2016

St. Peter Lutheran Church, 4181 Church Road, Town of Cambria

(between routes 104 & 93)

Anthems at 5 pm, Dinner at 5:30 pm, concert at 6:15 pm

This is the 11th Annual Veteran's Appreciation Dinner for all Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard and their families.  The Lockport Chorale will lead the opening ceremony anthems and, after dinner will perform a variety of patriotic songs and service anthems.  Reservations are required for this event.  Please RSVP by May 23, 2016.  Call 433-9014.

Niagara Ecumenical Choir Festival: Our Gifts of Song, Sunday, November 2nd, 2014.  4:00 P.M.

at Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Drive, Lockport

Members of the Lockport Chorale will be participating in the Niagara Ecumenical Choir festival being held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 4 P.M. at Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Drive, Lockport.  Admission is free and a Chili Dinner will be served after the performance.  Various area hois will be performing separately and then as a combined choir.  Please bring a canned good as a donation to Sister Helen's Food Pantry of Lockport.  Free Will Offerings may also be made to Food for the Poor, an interdenominational Christian relief organization providing assistance to the poorest of the poor in the Caribbean and Latin America.

The Lockport Chorale, under the direction of  Constance Allison, will combine with the Ashland University Choir, under the direction of Dr. Rowland Blackley, and The Lockport High School Concert Choir, under the direction of Robert Pacillo, in performing a variety of music, including show tunes, patriotic songs and a medley of songs celebrating the musical contributions of Walt Disney.  The choirs will perform both separately and together.  The combined choirs will perform with well over 100 voices.  Tickets are $10 adult, $7 students and seniors.  Contact any chorus member for tickets.  Tickets also available at the door.  The school is located at 250 Lincoln Avenue corner of Beatie Road.

The Lockport Chorale, Easy Street Big Band, and the Lockport High School Swing Choir  will be performing together and separately in the High School Auditorium at 250 Lincoln Avenue, corner of Beatie Road (near the Kenan Center).  Selections take you on a journey of best loved American songs from 1844 to the present day, including traditional tunes and show tunes written by Irving Berlin, Rogers and Hammerstein, and Harold Arlen as well as modern classics by Bob Dylan, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, and, of course, the Big Band Sounds.  Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for children, seniors and students and may be purchased from and chorale member or at the door.  For more information call Pam Graham at 778-9871 or email lockportchorale@gmail.com
